Verify an action

For more serious findings, your Remediation Standards can ask for actions to be verified: someone other than the owner confirms the work was done.

How it works

  1. The owner marks the action Done. It becomes Awaiting verification.

  2. A verifier reviews it: the completion note, the evidence, the photos.

  3. They choose Verify, or Send back with a reason (the action goes back to the owner).

Good to know

  • Verifying needs its own permission. Things to verify show on your Calendar and the Findings Dashboard.

  • Verifying your own action is allowed but recorded.

  • Whether verification is needed is decided when the action is raised, and checked again when it's marked done, using the standards in force then.
