Steps
On the Findings Activity Board, drag the finding to the end column.
Say what was done. This becomes the finding's resolution, so nothing is filled in for you.
The finding moves to Findings History.
Warnings you might see
Actions still open - you can close anyway, with a reason. It's recorded.
No effective retest yet - closing should normally follow a retest that shows the fix worked.
For good
A closed finding never re-opens. If the same problem turns up again, raise a new finding; Conform will show the old one as possibly related.
