Each Topic has its own workflow, drawn on the same designer as Conform's own workflows.
States are the stages: one start state for new items, and one or more end states.
Moves (transitions) are the allowed steps between states. Give each move to the roles that may make it.
Items move from the item's panel or form, not by dragging on a board, and a move is saved together with the item's changes. If the item doesn't pass its checks, it doesn't move.
