Left: the unit now

  1. Details and risk picture - what the unit is, its governing bodies, its stage and who it's with, and the risk grid showing inherent (●) and residual (○) risk. See Risk scores.

  2. Controls - each control with its strength, its confirmation this cycle, and a one-line testing summary. Open a control's Testing to see its recent tests, open findings, live actions and any proposals. See Manage a unit's controls and Confirm a control.

  3. Findings & actions - open findings and live actions on this unit, with Add an action. See Findings and Actions.

  4. Removed controls - controls taken off this unit, which you can bring back.

  5. History - one panel with tabs: Tests, Findings, Actions, Proposals, Risk score, Workflow and Backlog. Conform remembers the tab you last used.

Right: context

  • Risk appetite - whether the unit is within your appetite, and by how much. See Risk appetite.

  • Notes - for this cycle, with earlier cycles on request. See Notes.

  • Related units - other units of the same risk type, and where each one is now.

Along the top

  • Editable / Partly editable / Read only at this stage - what your workflow role lets you change while the unit is at its current stage. See What you can do at each stage.

  • Remind me… - add a personal reminder about this unit to your Calendar.

  • Download PDF - see PDF downloads.

  • A warning banner when testing has found something since the unit's last assessment. See Proposals from testing.
