Back-Log
Findings → Back-Log lists new findings that nobody has taken on yet. Click one to see its summary; start it to move it onto the board.
Activity Board
Findings → Activity Board shows findings in progress, as cards in your findings workflow's stages.
Each card shows the severity, the fix-by date (amber or red when close or overdue), the owner, and how its actions are going ("2 of 3 done", "1 overdue").
Owners
When you move a finding on, you can pick an owner from the people allowed to work it. The owner is who's responsible for getting it fixed. They'll see it under "Mine".
Moving and closing
Drag cards between columns as on any board. Dropping one in the end column closes it: it lands, turns into a "Moved to Findings History" card and slides away.
