Open Data Composer → My Topic List. It shows the published Topics you can work in.
Pick your role
When you open a Topic, pick the role to work in. Everything you see is in that role. Switch roles at any time.
Find items
Items are listed in a grid.
Choose a grid if the Topic has several.
Filter and sort by any column, and search.
My items shows items assigned to you.
Create an item
Choose New, fill in the form and save. It gets its reference straight away.
Edit and move items
Click an item to open its panel:
edit its fields on the form for its current stage;
move it on with the move buttons (saved with your edits in one go);
add comments, photos and files;
see its history: every change, by whom, in which role.
Fields with problems are marked so you can see what to fix before saving.
Who's working on it
Take it to make an item yours.
Hand it on to give it to someone else.
Give it up to put it back for anyone.
Delete
Deleting an item can be undone straight away.
Items you can't fully see
If an item holds values your role can't see, you'll see a small note or amber marker saying so, but not what they are. When you save, values you can't see are kept as they were.
