The Activity tab of Settings → Users & Roles lists every change to your team and its access: invitations sent and accepted, roles given and taken away, members disabled or removed, workflow roles granted and revoked, ownership transferred, settings changed, and support sessions.
The newest come first, and older activity loads as you go. Each entry says who did it, to whom, and when.
