The Activity Board shows every assessment in progress. Each column is a stage of your assessment workflow, and each card is one unit. Open it from Assessment → Activity Board.

Reading a card
The unit's name, risk type and severity.
Who it's with, if someone has been assigned.
"n days in this stage", turning amber and then red if it stays too long (the thresholds are in the tenancy settings).
Flags from testing, if any.
Click a card to open its summary in the right-hand panel: details, notes, history, and buttons for each move you can make.
Moving cards
Drag a card to another column, or use the Move to … buttons in its panel. You can only make the moves your workflow role allows; a column you can't drop into is shown as locked. See Move a card on the board.
Who's working on it
When you move a card, you can choose who picks it up next, from the people whose workflow roles let them work in that stage. Use Hand it on in the card's panel to pass it to someone else at any time. Tick Mine only to see just the cards assigned to you.
Busy stages
If a stage gets too full, Conform warns you before you add more to it, so work doesn't pile up in one place.
Opening the unit
Use the assess button on the card, or Open assessment in its panel, to open the unit screen and do the work.
Completed cards
A card moved to a completed stage stays on the board, dimmed, with a countdown, for the number of days set in the tenancy settings. Then it moves to the Forward-Log. Forward log now sends it straight away.
