Mark a unit not applicable

Conform's data packs give you a full set of units for your business category. Some may not apply to you: you don't hold client money, say. Mark those not applicable so they don't clutter your Back-Log or your figures.

Take a unit out of scope

  1. In the Back-Log, click Not applicable on the unit's card.

  2. Give a reason, for example "We don't hold client money; confirmed with compliance 12 March".

  3. Save. The unit moves to the Not applicable view.

Bring it back

  1. Switch the Back-Log's toggle to Not applicable.

  2. Click Applicable on the unit. A reason is optional.

  3. The unit returns to the Pending view.

Good to know

  • Every change is recorded in the unit's Backlog history with your reason.

  • Not applicable units aren't counted in the Overall Risk Picture; it shows how many were left out, with a link to them.

  • You need permission to change applicability.
