Findings Picture
Findings → Findings Picture is the longer view: what is wrong, and how long it has been.
Open findings by severity and age - including how many are past their fix-by date or accepted.
Where they come from - tests, audits, regulators, incidents and so on.
Repeat findings - the same problem turning up again.
Open by quarter - the trend, from the quarterly snapshots.
What's being done - actions - actions by kind (live, overdue, to verify, done and cancelled in the last 12 months), and how many open findings have no live action.
