Out on site with a laptop? Your phone can be the camera. Scan a QR code and photos go straight to the right place in Conform. There's no app to install and no need to sign in on the phone.
How to
On the computer, in a Photos & files section, choose Add from phone.
Choose how long the link should last (1, 5, 10 or 30 minutes). You can extend it while the dialog is open.
Scan the QR code with your phone's camera.
On the phone, choose Take photo (opens the camera) or Choose from phone (your photo library or files).
Back on the computer, the photos appear as they arrive. Keep or discard each one, then click Done.
Safe by design
The QR code only lets the phone upload to that one place. It can't read anything in Conform.
It works for the first phone that opens it, and only until it expires or you click Cancel or Done.
Nothing becomes evidence until you keep it on the computer.
A photo chosen from the phone's library shows when it was taken (for example "taken 3 days ago, not live"), so you can tell it wasn't taken on the spot.
