General

The tenancy's display name and company name.

Assessment · Cycle

The inception date your cycles roll from, with suggestions and their reasons, or A different date. The lead time: how many days before a unit is due it comes back to the Back-Log. See The assessment cycle.

Assessment · Activity Board

  • How many days a completed card stays on the board before it goes to the Forward-Log.

  • Days in one stage before a card shows a warning (amber) and an alert (red). 0 turns it off.

Assessment · Controls & appetite

  • Confirm only tested controls - a control can't be confirmed as Confirmed or Partial until testing has signed off a test of it.

  • Stricter - the signed-off test has to be from the unit's current assessment cycle.

Not in place and Not applicable are always allowed. See Confirm a control.

Testing & findings · Testing board

  • When a stage is this full, starting another test into it asks first. 0 turns the warning off.

  • Once the start stage is this full, nothing more can be started from the Back-Log. 0 turns the limit off.

  • Days before a test card turns amber (and the calendar shows the day it will), and days before it turns red.

Testing & findings · Actions & approvals

  • Days an action is overdue before it's escalated to the finding's owner; twice as long and it goes to everyone who manages actions. 0 turns it off. See Interim actions, overdue and escalation.

  • Whether the Testing Plan and Remediation Standards must be approved by someone else. Otherwise whoever prepared a change can approve it too: allowed, but recorded as self-approved.
