The screen layout

Every screen has the same frame: the menu on the left, the top bar across the top, the page in the middle and a panel on the right.

The four parts of every screen.

The left menu

  • Home and Calendar sit at the top. They're about you, so everyone has them.

  • Below them are the feature groups. Click a group to open it. You only see the groups and items your role lets you use.

  • The item that brought you to the page is marked in orange, so you can always see where you are.

  • On small screens the menu hides behind the menu button at the top left.

The top bar

From left to right: the Conform logo, search, then your tenancy (switch between tenancies here if you have more than one), Quick Nav, the light/dark switch, your name and sign out.

The right-hand panel

When you click a card or a row, its summary opens in the panel on the right: its details, history, notes and the things you can do with it. The page itself doesn't change, so you can click down a list looking at one item after another.

  • Drag the edge of the panel to make it wider or narrower.

  • Close it with its X. It stays closed until you open it again with the button on the narrow rail, or select something else.

Light and dark

The sun/moon button in the top bar switches between light and dark mode. Conform remembers your choice on this device.

Remembered as you left it

Conform remembers small things on each device: which panels you collapsed, which history tab you last looked at, whether the menu groups were open. Pages look the way you left them.
