The forum's community guidelines are on the forum itself. Before your first post you're asked to read them and choose I accept the guidelines; your post is kept and goes up as soon as you accept. If the guidelines change in an important way, you'll be asked to accept them again. In short: be kind, stay on topic, and never share anything confidential.
Reporting a post
If a post breaks the guidelines, use Report on it, say why, and choose Send report. The moderators look at every report. Please don't argue in the thread.
Waiting posts
Some posts (often a new member's first ones) wait for a moderator before others can see them. They're marked Waiting, and only you and the moderators can see them until they're approved. That's normal, and usually quick.
