1. Confirm the result
At the end of the checks, confirm the effectiveness %. Conform suggests one from the answers; change it if you know better. The outcome (Effective, Partially effective or Not effective) follows from your Testing Plan lines.
2. If it's below the pass line
Conform asks: what is this failure telling us?
The control is poor in practice.
The control is weak by design.
The inherent risk is wrong: the exposure is worse than we assumed.
Your answer decides which proposals are made, and where. Then the improvement steps are offered, ticked for you. See The improvement loop.

3. Sign it off
Sign off to attest that the test was done as recorded. Signing off locks the test. Changes after that need a reason and are recorded as amendments.
4. Move it to Completed
Signing off doesn't finish the test. You land on the board with the card picked: drag it to Completed (the reason is filled in as "Completed"). The card moves to Test History.
Conform never finishes work for you. Moving a test to Completed is always your deliberate step.
