Photos and files

Evidence matters: a photo of the guard that was fixed, the signed inspection report, the policy you checked. You can attach photos and documents to:

• the checks in a test;

• findings;

• actions - for example, proof the work was done.

Add a file

1. In the Photos & files section, choose Add.

2. Pick the file. Photos are shrunk on your device before they're uploaded, so they're quick to send.

What you can add

Photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP), PDFs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, and plain text or CSV. Conform checks what a file really is, not just its name.

Good to know

• Files can be added while the item is open: an action until it's done or cancelled, a finding until it's closed, a test until it's signed off.

• Only the person who added a file can remove it.

• Files are stored securely for your tenancy and only open through Conform, for people who can see the item.
