Every board in Conform (assessments, tests and findings) runs on a workflow: the stages work goes through and who can move it between them. Your tenancy has one workflow per feature, and you can tailor it.
Find each feature's workflow under its menu (for example Assessment → Workflow), or all of them under Settings → Workflows.
