Quick Nav keeps the last few records you opened, so you can get back to them however you got there.
Open it
Click the clock-with-an-arrow button in the top bar. It lists your recent records under Units, Controls, Tests and Findings, newest first, up to 5 of each.
Click a record to go to it.
Hover over a row and click × to take it off the list.
Pin it as a floating window
Click the pin in Quick Nav's header and it becomes a small window you can keep on screen while you work.
Drag it anywhere by its title bar.
It fades when your mouse isn't over it.
Roll up shrinks it to its title bar.
Unpin (or the top-bar button) puts it back.
Good to know
Your Quick Nav list follows you from computer to phone, because it's kept with your account. Where the floating window sits is remembered per device.
Each tenancy has its own list. Switching tenancy never shows another tenancy's records.
